Parking challenges and high costs could definitely improve!!! The inconsistent Wi-Fi performance was a distraction during my stay. Clearer check-in instructions would have also been helpful to minimize initial confusion!!!

The room was spacious and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette. However, parking slots were a bit challenging to maneuver in.

Positive, The location was perfect, right across from the main train station. The studio apartment was spacious with a high table for meals and a cozy bed. The fully-equipped kitchen was a huge plus for cooking. The staff was welcoming and very helpful.

The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, giving it an airy feel. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook meals, and the friendly staff made us feel very welcome. Plus, the park across the street was perfect for our dog!

One evening, the temperature rose, and although they provided fans to help cool us down, air conditioning would have improved our comfort significantly during warmer days.

Comfortable bed, great value for money.

I loved how close Franz By Zeitraum was to the train station. Just a three-minute walk made travel super easy. The spacious studio apartment felt like home. It had a well-equipped kitchen, which was perfect for cooking meals. Easy access to all major attractions, all within a 10-minute radius, made exploring a breeze. The staff was helpful, especially during check-in when they had everything ready for us even at 1 am. However, I did face a bit of a hassle with the air conditioning. it wasn’t functioning properly, which made the warmer days a bit uncomfortable. The shower had excellent pressure, but I would have liked a bit more counter space in the bathroom. Overall, a great spot, but improvements could be made on air conditioning and bathroom storage space.

No issues, meets expectations. The well-designed room felt spacious and offered an efficient coffee machine for a satisfying start to the day.

The Deluxe Apartment was spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings that made it feel even bigger. The kitchenette was well-equipped for our family of four, which was a huge plus. I appreciated the good water pressure in the shower, and the double windows did a great job keeping the street noise at bay. However, the sofa bed wasn’t super comfy for adults, and that’s something to consider if you’re bringing a full family. Still, the location couldn’t get any better, being right near the train station.

Great location right by the central station but still pretty quiet! Super clean and freshly renovated. Our room had a balcony, which was super nice! Private parking was available too, which was crucial for us!

I had a lovely stay! The apartment was bright and spacious, just as shown in the pictures, and the location was perfect for exploring the city, with all major attractions within walking distance. The shower was excellent and the bed comfortable. However, the kitchen felt a bit cramped for cooking full meals.

Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious with comfortable bedding and well-equipped kitchen. Plus, we loved having multiple fans and bottles of water provided for our dog, making this place one of the most pet-friendly spots we’ve experienced! The nearby park was perfect for walks, and the location was close to great attractions.

The air conditioning wasn't working.

I had an incredible time at this place! The apartment was just as pictured, and I loved having a rooftop balcony with amazing city views. Only downside was a bit of street noise, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! I would definitely return!
